Jennifer Cheng, Fitness Instructor and Wellness Consultant, has received training from leading fitness studios in NYC and Europe. Her students have included athletes, professional dancers, high-risk pregnant women, and post-partum moms. In LA, she collaborates with women’s health specialists, and has taught Baby & Me postpartum fitness drawing on Pilates, Yoga, and other exercise systems to support moms before and after their pregnancies.
